Out of Network

If you are out of network and would still like to make an appointment I can provide you with a superbill that you can present to insurance for reimbursement.

You will be responsible for the full amount ($160) at the time of the session and submit the superbill to your insurance.

Late Cancellation/No Show

 

 

GRC requires at least 48 hours to cancel a session. If you do not reach out prior to the 48 hours you may be required to pay a fee of $160.
