What can anxiety look like?

  • Avoiding small tasks because they feel overwhelming


While this isn’t an exhaustive list of what anxiety can feel or look, it’s a small list to identify that you may need help managing these symptoms. I specialize in treating adolescents and adults with anxiety. Together we will identify what your experience with anxiety is and how we can reduce the symptoms. I will teach you skills such as; mindfulness, meditation, reframing beliefs, and a sprinkle of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Seeing a therapist for anxiety can have you experiencing a decrease in difficult and uncomfortable symptoms in a short amount of time.

What can depression look like?

  • Loss of interest in some of your favorite activities

  • Feelings of worthlessness and/or hopelessness

  • Thoughts of suicide or death

  • Change in sleeping and eating habits


Depression can feel heavy and a lot more nuisance than this small list of symptoms. I specialize in treating adolescents and adults with depression. Together we can get to the root of your depression and begin on healing from the inside out. My main approaches for depression are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy. Together these approaches will improve thoughts and behaviors towards yourself and others.
